Eve is a native New Yorker. Upon graduating from Barnard College at Columbia University, she began her real estate career working for Prudential Douglas Elliman. This is where she acquired her extensive sales experience selling high end condominiums and cooperatives. (Please note—Eve is meticulous in preparing coop board packages and has never had a coop board turn down a purchaser). Thanks to her great knowledge of who’s who in New York society, Eve serves as Vivaldi’s investment research manager. Eve, is also politically active. During the recent debate on health care reform, she was invited to Washington DC to testify before a Congressional committee on the subject. Eve loves Citibike and you can find her pedaling all over the city.
